I strongly advise against it. Our office is reserved for administration and payments, and opening hours may vary depending on appointments. Don't expect to find boats docked waiting for random customers either. We are too far from tourist areas to expect clients to visit us spontaneously. All our boat tours start either at Wat Kamphaeng Bang Waek Pier or at Wat Thong Bang Chueak Nang Pier. Both temples are located just a 5-minute walk from our office.

No ❌ For logistical, technical and safety reasons, the departure and arrival points are fixed and cannot be changed. We do not provide hotel pick-up or drop-off, nor departures or arrivals along the Chao Phraya River or at any other location outside of the designated meeting and departure points. All tours start and end at the locations listed on our website, carefully selected to match the boats and routes we operate.

We do not offer transportation services (neither by canal nor by road) : I advise you to use Grab or Bolt 🚖

Yes, you can park your vehicle in the temple parking lot, inside which is the pier - except on 👉 public holiday(https://www.timeanddate.com/holidays/thailand/2026).

For boat tours without a guide, you can choose your departure time between 8am and 3pm30 (subject to availability). ⚠️ Please note that night falls at 6pm and boatmen must return home before it gets completely dark, for obvious safety reasons.

From our organizational standpoint, it's not particularly necessary to arrive more than 10 minutes early 😎 up to you

If you are late and do not call us, we can wait a maximum of 30 minutes ⏱️ I will give you my number in the confirmation email Please do the same for us 🙏 if previous customers arrive late, it may delay the next departure If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to end the tour at the originally scheduled time if we have a booking after yours or if night falls (6pm) ⚠️ and the price will not be reduced

We do not offer luggage storage : you can put your luggage on the boat if needed 🧳 for private tours only + provided there are no more than 5 of you

For our part, the tour will be maintained even in case of light rain ☔️ showers rarely last long + just because it's raining in your neighborhood doesn't mean it's raining in ours + ()the boat is covered + ()we have ponchos and umbrellas

We accept cash, QR code payments (Thai accounts only), and domestic bank transfers within Thailand. For international payments, Wise is the only transfer method available. Credit card payment is not available at this time. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Our prices are non-negotiable ❌ any attempt at bargaining will be interpreted as a refusal
